Deforestation, extinction, pesticides, blizzards, Australian animals and climate change. These are a few of the things we talked about this week in FCE. Can you guess what our topic was? If you said the environment, you get a gold star! The environment is an issue that we all could probably think about more. We discovered that everyone in the class takes a flight at least once a year, which releases the equivalent amount of pollution as 3 cars in a year. We researched different endangered animals, their habitats and the causes of their current state. We looked at the issue of sustainability and created a report to provide suggestions on how Inforum itself could be more sustainable. And now, if you asked anyone from the FCE class to name 3 Australian animals other than a kangaroo or a koala, they would be able to tell you (hopefully).
