We had Lamington making with our great Aussie teacher. Diana taught us how to prepare these delicious little cakes directly from Australia. I don’t know about you, but I really like them and I will do it for my familly. Easy to prepare and easy to eat, I will not forget the recipe. Thank you Diana, and thank you to the new Aussie cooks.
