The activity last Friday was a sushi lesson conducted by Diana, who is our accommodation manager at Inforum. The funny thing is Diana is an Australian, but she can make Sushi better and more beautiful than any other students from Japan. Thanks to the dedicated sushi lesson from Diana, all the students who joined the activity could make fantastic sushi by the end of the lesson. Check the photos below and see how the students tried hard to make their own sushi.
*SUSHI….Japanese food made of cold rice and fish which has
not been cooked (According to CAMBRIDGE LEARNER’S DICTIONALY)
