Bats!!

Before we arrived in Broadbeach for the Blues Festival we stopped off at Cascade Gardens to see the flying fox colony.

The flying foxes (or fruit bats) are very noisey and apparantly very scary.  The girls in our group were all afraid of stepping on bat poo!!!
