Melbourne Cup

The race that stopped a nation stopped INFORUM as students enjoyed an afternoon of Melbourne Cup festivities. The festivities included food, drink, games, horse races, prizes and of course the INFORUM hat competition.  This year’s categories and winners included:  1) Ugliest hat, won by Christine 2) Prettiest hat, won by Kazumi 3) Most original hat, won by Eric and finally 4) Best effort, won by Tomomi. The winner of the Sweepstake was Natsumi who, won $80 and was interviewed with her horse.
